Follow Me for Blog World Training TweetablesIt sounds so cliche to say that I’m blown away by what I’ve learned at Blog World Expo so far and it’s only day one. But, cliche or not, facts are facts and it wowed me!

I think what impressed me most, even more than the fantastic training is the people I’ve met. Their creativity extends beyond what my mind can fathom and I’ve loved hearing the stories behind the blogs of the people I’ve had the pleasure to meet and network with. I have a pile of cards already and several new friends whose blogs, websites, and businesses I’m anxious to explore!

If you wanted to come to Blog World but couldn’t, I’ve been sharing tweetables from the session’s I’ve attended on twitter @StephensHeather throughout the day. I plan to do the same today, so check it out, and follow the #BWELA hash tag for even more blogging brilliance!

Here are the trainings I’ve attended so far.  I will be turning my notes into blog posts for you when I can squeeze out a little time from the crazy conference schedule.

  • Google+ for Business with Guy Kawasaki and Chris Brogan
  • How to Teach & Grow Your Audience with Webinars with Chris Garrett & Ben Eadie
  • How to Get More Impact from Your Content Leveraging Influencers and Tribes Dominique LaHaix
  • Accelerate Your Blog’s Growth Using Cialdini’s 6 Weapons of Influence with Sid Savara
  • Plus an Incredible Keynote from Peter Shankman

If you’re here at Blog World let’s connect! Here are the sessions I plan to attend and share tweetables from today.  (This may change depending on networking opportunities and word of mouth recommendations of other trainings form people I meet.)

  • Blogging from the Heart with Daren Rowse
  • Technorati’s state of the Blogosphere Address
  • Real-Time Content in No Time with Eric Berto
  • Blogs Bribes & Blasphemy: Engaging Influencers in a Changing World with Greg swan & Anik Hanson
  • Facebook Insights and Advertising with Dennis Yu

Hope to see you there!

:) Heather
